Travel Planning Services Travel Planning Fee Policy
- Services are commission-based — no initial fee required. I’ll guide you through your travel preferences, budget, and destination choices, and provide initial recommendations for your trip. The commission comes from travel providers like airlines, hotels, tours, etc.
- Two planning iterations are included at no additional cost You’ll receive two rounds of planning adjustments or updates based on your feedback, with no additional cost apart from the commission I earn from travel providers
- Additional revisions beyond two: $50 per iteration (non-refundable) After the first two iterations, any further changes or updates to your plan will incur a non-refundable fee of $50 per iteration. This ensures that I can continue to dedicate time and effort to refining your travel plans
- Finalizing Travel Arrangements Fee: Commission-based (from bookings and services secured for your trip) Once you’re happy with the plan, I’ll help secure bookings for flights, accommodations, activities, and other services, earning a commission from each provider.
NOTES TO REMEMBER
- Commission Model: The primary way I earn is through the commission I receive from travel providers. This means your cost for planning your trip comes from the providers, not directly from you (unless you request additional iterations)
- Non-refundable Fee: After the initial two rounds of planning, a $50 fee applies for each new iteration. This allows me to continue adjusting your plans while maintaining a high level of service
